Amazing service. Drove all the way from Cardiff to Gloucester to fix our broken door locks on 2 doors that were jammed. With just a few hours notice he arrived at 8pm out of hours! He didn’t rush and spent the time to ensure everything was fixed properly and he explained what had happened. He Carry’s parts on the van to cover all makes and models of doors to avoid re visits. Super friendly and professional. Would recommend this company to anyone and would 100% use again.

After trying to get a new door handle through my housing developer for 3 months with no joy, they then booked the job through Mr Locks to get the job done quicker. They ordered new door handles on the Tuesday, and they had arrived and were fitted on the Wednesday. Great service and so fast. We would have gone privately through the company ourselves if we’d have known how fast and effective the service was!

Wonderful service. Phoned at 10am job done and dusted by 10.30am. The locksmith was lovely and explained why the lock had broken he then replaced and it had 5 keys as well. Would definitely use this company again.
