Absolutely top class service, I couldn't be more impressed. called up in the morning and explained the issue, given a few options of potential issues and prices straight off the call so fully informed but obviously told until they could see the door/lock and the issue they couldn't be 100%, still really good to have some idea of potential cost upfront. Within two hours of the call Dan was round my place which was really good and he had the problem fixed in no time at all. As I mentioned at the start of the review top class stuff , faultless. Locked myself out on Saturday evening, Chris was there within 20 minutes from receiving my call, Chris quickly assessed the best resolve and I was inside within another 20 or so minutes. Fair price with no hidden extras, incredibly professional and I was very pleased. Thanks Chris, hungry cat also very grateful.

Had to call as an emergency today as the lock seized on my front door. Chris was amazing! He managed to come earlier than originally stated which was a great help, and fixed the door whilst providing reassurance. Would 100% recommend his services, and will definitely use again if needed.
