Andy was Great! Perfect experience! After my parents got locked out of their house and were panicked as they didn’t have much phone charge and after trying to gain access through the window with no luck, I called a few locksmiths resulting in extortionate quotes and a longer wait time. But not only was 1st locksmith the cheapest quote to gain access to their property, but he was there within 20 minutes! Couldn’t of asked for better! Thank you so much Andy :)

Front door wouldn't open, didn't have a key either. Living room window wouldn't close or lock. Andy came on time, no messing around. Sorted the job out there and then and unbeknown to me can also cut keys in his van, so had a few keys cut. 100% recommend. I am having him back out to sort my gate (previous workman hasn't done it right and I refuse to have them back to fix it) and sort a window out. I know he will do the job right. I will always use him for all jobs I need going forward.
