Ian is an absolute Star!! Highly recommended. When I lost my key and couldn't get in my house, he was extremely helpful. If it wasn't for him I would have had to smash a window to gain access as all other locksmiths weren't available the same day. Within two hours I was back inside my home. Great service. Ian says you get to recognised a genuine need when you hear it on the phone. It's very nice to know that there are tradespeople who will do everything they can to help when someone is in desperate need.

Had to replace looks on front and back doors due to incorrect set up. Contacted City Locks and they were quick to respond and accommodate me despite being busy. Though the part had to be ordered, the job was carried out as soon as possible and professionally. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful in advising how to keep the doors in good working order. Highly recommended. Thanks again.
