We had an emergency on Saturday night when our door suddenly seized shut, leaving us in a tough spot. Robert came to the rescue, arriving within the hour. His professionalism and skill were outstanding, he quickly assessed the problem and fixed it efficiently. Despite it being late, he was friendly, courteous, and clearly very knowledgeable. It was a huge relief to have someone so reliable and competent handle the situation. Highly recommend Robert for anyone in need of a locksmith!

Our front door refused to open. Although we could still get in and out via the back door, this was from ideal , especially at this time of year. I called Robert and arranged for him to come out. He quickly released the mechanism and identified the problem. Although he didn’t have a replacement, he was able to make a temporary repair allowing us to use and lock the door. Rather than wait into the new year for a replacement from the supplier, he sourced one from his contacts and fitted it the following day. Robert was friendly, professional and knowledgeable, and I would thoroughly recommend him. Many thanks Robert for quickly and efficiently resolving a problem I could do without at this time of year!
