Found Ian on mybuilder to install a smart lock, he responded quickly with reasonable quote, and did a professional job. The installation took longer than expected, he’s still patiently had it done. Really appreciate his work. Very happy with the installation of this smart lock which can unlock the door with face recognition, fingerprint, passcode, key, etc

Ian has done an excellent professional job of installing internal locks in our home. While he was installing these locks our tenant phoned to say she could not lock her front door. Our tenant lives 30miles away and Ian showed no hesitation in offering to go and fix our tenants front door lock. We cannot thank him enough for his expertise and being so helpful regarding our tenant's lock problem. This polite well-mannered man's prices are very reasonable too. We would have no hesitation in highly recommending Ian.

Ian came and changed my lock and door handles also my letterbox. He also altered the door and it is as good as new. I would not hesitate to use Ian again. He is also a nice friendly guy.
