I called Francis regarding a car key fob not working. He responded immediately and was able to come out the next day. (He had offered to come that day but as it wasn't an emergency I declined) He wasn't sure if he would be able to fix it or if a replacement key would be needed but he gave me an honest quote (very fairly priced) and managed my expectations. He arrived on time and within half hour had fixed the original car key fob despite the pouring rain. Would highly recommend this company and will be saving his number in case I get stuck again. 5* service.

Francis is a true gent, came out on a Saturday evening to fix my UPVC door when the internal gearbox had failed in the latched position preventing me from being able to open the door. Francis opened the door without any damage and replaced the gearbox. A very knowledgeable and polite chap. Will be my go to from now on.
