An excellent experience! Dmitry is very professional, reliable and friendly. I couldn't change a lock in my flat and he replied almost instantly, came an hour later and give a clear price in advance. The door and frame required extra work and he just dedicated the required time to finalise it with patience and professionalism - will recommend him to all my pals!

Had an emergency issue of not being able to lock our front door. After getting in touch with Dmitry he was able to get to the house within a couple of hours and fixed the door straightaway. He was incredibly helpful and explained clearly what the problem was and how he fixed it so that I could be aware of these issues if they arise again. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. Fantastic service!
