Great service! I managed to lock myself in my room on a late Friday night, I called up and James was there within 25 minutes. He was very friendly and got the job done quick 😁 Will be using this service again for any future problems I encounter

I locked myself out on a Sunday and rang James at Mack & Keys — such a fantastic service. He was with me within 15 minutes of calling, was very professional and reassuring and I was back in the flat in no time at all. Thank you again, couldn’t recommend more!

James was great, he came to change my locks really quickly after I called around 8.30pm at night. He was professional, friendly, and worked fast. 100% recommend and would use again!
