I phoned Richy on 30/12/24 late afternoon after my front door lock fell apart! He answered his phone straight away and was immediately very helpful. I said this evening would be great to get it fixed but I was prepared to wait till the following day. However he said he could come out to look at my lock this evening. Considering it was mid Christmas and New Year time of year, it was a great relief to me that he could come this evening. He was with me very soon after we spoke on the phone! He was very plesant, efficiently looked at my lock and within approx15 minutes, had got the lock up and working again. I am most impressed and I both highly recommend him and will certainly use his service again without hesitation! Thank you Richy - Pebble (dog!) and I are very happy that you sorted out our problem so easily! We wish you a Happy and successful Year!

Ricky was brilliant as couldn't open the door and a little four legged friend needed to go out. Ricky came to look at the door within 20 mins and had it sorted quickly for us. A spare part is needed, but the door can be used until he can get the part and fit it in the next day or so. Thank you for all your help as I was a bit stressed. Quick service and reasonable price charged Thank you again helen.
