A gentleman from here saved the day when I had lost my keys. Yale lock, Saturday, Edinburgh. He was so helpful and kind. It was not an easy job since lock had a slight snag when fitted. He tried several ways and ended up doing what he called a 'random pick' with a screwdriver and tool. Success! No damage to door or lock. He said if he couldn't open then no charge despite him attending. It was a blessed relief because I was stuck outside on cold day with many bags after a trip away. Excellent value. I wish I recalled his name. White hair. Refused a tip. What a kind, skilled man. Thank you a lot 💓

Well sundayy moring 8am locked out the most friendly skilled competent person comes unlocks the door even discounts his very reasonable price and what can i say i had lockdmithes before but please use this wizard im so happy i would of payed him double took 15 mins to get to me wow that too
