Derek is great and knows his stuff. He was good enough to chat things through with me regarding possible issues with my entryphone AT THE WEEKEND! That shows a high level of customer care. He arrived during the week as planned, and I spent some time with him during the repairs and got somewhat involved with testing the system with him (checking handset responses, shaving the stair door as he dealt with the electronics side of things. He's an interesting and very personable man. Price was also very reasonable. I will continue to use him in the future.

Excellent service. Derrick was responsive with replying to my messages and arrived within the time window he gave me. Our job required various faults being mended for a combination of nine different flats; Derrick managed to mend them all within a 2.5 hour window. He’s obviously very knowledgeable about all manner of intercom systems, including Victorian tenement properties like ours. Prices were good value too. I will definitely contact Derrick for any future intercom issues in Edinburgh.

Derek gave really helpful advice when I called him on a weekend which could have saved the cost of repairs. When he was then required to come out anyway, he came and did an excellent job, saving our block and neighbours from the disturbing noise that was coming from our buzzer panel on a Sunday night and saving a "damsel in distress"! I would be happy to recommend him.👏
