Fantastic service from Alcatraz! Danny arrived within an hour, installed new locks, and fixed a swollen door. Extremely friendly, trustworthy, and professional. The price was very reasonable—the cheapest I found—and he was honest, not charging more than necessary. He skillfully fixed the door, sparing us the hefty cost of a brand-new door and saving us £1,000. Highly recommend!

Danny was great at repairing our locking system after we had an emergency cowboy call out who butchered our door. Was brilliant at explaining all options and managed to repair the door without having to go full expense on a brand new system. Can’t recommend enough!

Danny is a real hero-- he attended my property in an emergency after I was scammed by a fake locksmith who destroyed my lock and charged me £400-- he came within 20 minutes (at 11 pm too!) and fixed the lock promptly and for an extremely reasonable price. I will never again use another locksmith, Danny is the ONLY person I would trust!
