Brilliant service from William. Responded immediately to initial e mail , scheduled work within a few days as it was not an emergency, and carried out work to my total satisfaction. Explained problem clearly and replaced lock in under half an hour. Very tidy and neat job all round. Highly recommended.

First rate service from Willie. I needed something quickly, but not urgenty (an internal door lock fitted). Explained the situation and he gave options. Arrived when promised, did the job quickly, and from what I can see to a perfect standard. Nice bloke too. Will definitely use him again if I have a need.
