I returned home to find the lock on the main door to our building was broken and wouldn't work with a key. I called Alex and he arrived in around 30 minutes. He assessed the lock with the aim to fix it without having to replace it and managed to do so. It was quick and easy to fix this urgent situation. Alex followed up with an invoice a couple of hours later too. Very speedy and very efficient!
