Contacted Alan as we needed new front door handles (the spring was broken on the outside handle). Alan responded quickly & came out to measure up. He ordered new handles (managed to get the exact same ones) and fitted a couple of days later. Great service and would definitely use again.

Front door multi-point gearbox failure locked us IN the house and Alan came out within 1 hour and fixed it - can't recommend highly enough. Lovely guy!
