Our front door lock failed which locked someone in the house and someone outside. John answered our call straight away and managed to get to me in less than an hour to open the door. He was extremely helpful and friendly. He had to return to fit a new lock but left the house secure for us with a temporary lock. He kept us informed and arrived exactly when he said he would once he had the parts. Was an excellent experience dealing with a professional like John. Called 1st class locksmiths in a highly stressful situation. Moving house on a Saturday afternoon and after the furniture being moved out the front door was unable to close so we didnt know how we were going to get our old property secured. They came quickly and sorted the problem very quickly and also for a very reasonable charge. Highly recommended!
