Amazing service - answered call immediately, friendly clear questions asked before coming out, reasonable price considering it was an emergency locksmith call out on a Sunday evening. I was quoted considerably higher prices from other locksmiths who wouldn’t be available to come out as quickly as he did either. Darren arrived within 10 minutes and was so professional and helpful. I was locked out in the freezing cold without a coat and he got me back in our house within minutes and was kind enough to stay longer to give me his expert advice on how to keep ourselves safe and avoid this happening again in the future. We have a smartlock which is app / te h based, and even though this is new technology, he knew enough of the right information to be able to guide us. Appreciate the help and time. Thank you ProLock! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a locksmith in Dundee, this is the best!

Darren responded quickly to my enquiry about our lock issues and indeed came out same day. Not only did he find the problem but fixed another installlation problem we were not aware of that potentially could have blocked the necessary repair and part replacement. He returned next day with new part and quickly made.our door as good as new. Very professional efficient and value for money. Highly recommend.
