Excellent. Phoned at 6pm after locking ourselves out and he was in his van in 5 mins and with us within 30mins in Aberdeen. We had already had one locksmith out who told us that the lock couldn't be picked and then just left! Thankfully Jack got us in in no time as we had a tired and hungry 3 year old with us

Jack was amazing! Great communication whilst finishing a job, and then came straight to help us as soon as he could. He was very friendly and can clearly be trusted. He is a great price and honestly such a great service. If we are ever locked out again (hopefully never) then we will definitely be giving him a phone! A huge thanks Jack, would be more than 5 stars if there were more!

Contacted at 6pm on Saturday to realign our Sky dish which had been damaged by high winds. Jack replied straight away, arrived in 10 minutes and within the hour the job was done. Cannot recommend highly enough - friendly, reasonably priced and responsive, what more could you ask?
