Great guy to work with and not hard to pay either! Persisted with an issue I had with a key for an 18 year old Toyota and wouldn't give up until it was sorted - went out of his way to be helpful and make the process easier for me. I bought a 2008 SEAT Alhambra and in the first week of driving it the key got stuck-fast in the driver's door lock, and I couldn't get the door open. Luckily I had the second key, but I had to get in the passenger side and climb over to drive. I called Dale from 'DG Keys NI' and visited his workshop for assistance. He quickly assessed the (very annoying) problem and advised me on where I could seek-out a replacement lock and internal door panel (which were not easy to track down from Norther Irish dismantlers). I secured the components and returned to Dale's workshop two days later where he expertly got the door open again and fitted the parts and ensured that all the door functions were operating perfectly. Fantastic service from Dale at DG Keys NI. He made a new key with remote for me in the same day, it didn't take longer than 30 minutes. I was very impressed. Brilliant quality and a good price. I would highly recommend!
