Fantastic service from Martin. I had just moved in to my new house, and realised my front door wouldn’t lock. I only noticed this in the evening, and messaged asking if he would be able to have a look at it the following day. Martin was over within 30 minutes, and had the lock temporarily sorted for me until he was able to get replacement parts ordered. He then came back a couple of days later and got the door fully fixed for me. Great communication throughout, no having to chase! Very fair price and a great professional service. Martin came out to help me open and replace my high security lock on a Sunday night when 10 other locksmiths wouldn't. He was a good chat and very patient and positive. Reasonable price as well and stuck to the original quote even when it took longer than expected. No complaints whatsoever, very professional

Martin called out shortly after my call for a door that was jammed due to broken mechanism. His speedy attendance and quick work meant he had the door open in minutes. He made the door safe to use until a new mechanism could be bought and fitted which he did to a high standard. Many thanks
