We called Spencer at around 6pm Monday and left a message on his voicemail. He got back to me the next morning and arranged a time to come over. He spent an hour and a half really inspecting our PVC door, the hinges, the mechanism. He explained to me afterward what he had done to fix the lock that wasn't working. He said he will put a date in his diary for 2 weeks time to check how the door is and if it's working fine then he'll send over the invoice. Very respectable working practices. Would definitely recommend.

I called after getting locked out of my flat. Spencer was helpful and professional on the phone. The pricing was good value. Luckily I managed to get in later on with help and called out of office hours to cancel. They were very understanding. Would recommend Brunel Locksmiths to friends and family.
