I called Luke to come and look at a UPVC door which was sticking and another which had an issue with the locking mechanism. He was able to get to me on the same day and arrived within the time window he had set out. He considered the issues and gave his opinion on what needed to be done and clearly explained the reason behind the same. The cost was clearly broken down before he started the work. The work was completed to a high standard and quickly.
