I had trouble with many locksmiths ghosting me about the door I wanted open eventually found grays locksmiths I wished I’d gone with them sooner. Called them at 9am and by 3:30 they were here same day. Jody opened the lock in about 5mins and fitted a new one. The price was also amazing and very very happy with the service after trying to get this door open for around 7 months. Gray locksmiths are the best in the business highly recommend!!

Excellent service this morning from Jody. He arrived swiftly and dealt with our issues in an efficient and effective way. Office staff were friendly and efficient, booked us a visit quickly. Highly recommend Grays , very professional.

First time using Grays Locksmiths after having them recommended. Had an emergency with our front door meaning upon return from a family holiday in the UK we weren’t able to get into our house. Called the 24 hour team and Danny the engineer was with us within 30 minutes of arriving home. Managed to gain access, diagnose the issue and resolve it with a replacement part which he had on his van all within about 20 minutes. Efficient, friendly and well priced service under the circumstances. Would highly recommend. Thanks again!
