Messaged John Friday evening as my door had broken and i couldn't open it. John replied straight away and made arrangements to come the next day. He communicated timeframe throughout Saturday as he squeezed me in around family commitments. Once here he knew exactly what the problem was, he was fast, efficient and friendly and had the parts replaced and all sorted swiftly. Excellent!
