I just wanted to write a review despite not using Sean on this occasion. He was unfortunately was unable to attend the job, but tried troubleshooting over the phone when he didn’t have to. This is uncommon for trades as he wasn’t gaining anything and still took his own time to help me sort the situation. I will be using in the future. Many thanks

Excellent service. Had a bit of a nightmare having locked ourselves out the house over the weekend. Sean was really kind to shuffle his plans around to make sure he could see us promptly. Extremely quick and friendly service with really reasonable pricing too. Thanks Sean!

Sean was fantastic! I arrived home after a long day and found my key to be stuck in the ignition. He moved around appointments to fit me in and was with me within 15 minutes. Turns out I simply hadn’t pushed a button in! He was so kind and understanding as I was utterly mortified. Thanks (and sorry!) Sean. Great service.
