Excellent service from Ed. We found him very polite and professional and his charges very reasonable. We needed a lock repair and he had everything on board and repaired our lock in no time. As the door is old we also wanted new door furniture but was difficult to find because of the old style and the modern ones wouldn't fit. But not for Ed, he phoned the same evening with good news. He'd found a replacement, what a star! We'd previously had thoughts of having a new door but no need now, it's perfect. Highly recommended. Thank you Ed. Rob & Pat

Excellent service from Edd at very short notice to replace back door lock as the key had snapped off inside it. Was polite, professional and friendly. Even spent time sorting out the handle and realigning the door which was much appreciated. I would highly recommend SilverBolt Security 😊
