This the second time I've used Mark at Plymlocks. The first time to repair a door on a block of flats at very short notice and then for a repair on a window that wouldn't close. Can't fault the service at all. Nice guy, keeps you informed, turns up when he says he will, quick replies, gets the job done. Highly recommended. I cannot recommend this guy enough. I called him late morning and he came within two hours. Quoted a reasonable price and was all done within 45 minutes. Any other issues he will come back and make adjustments for free. On top of this a really nice guy. Perfect in every way. Thank you.

We used Marks services at nearly midnight after our front door handle snapped off due to wear & tear. Mark was fantastic & arrived very quickly to fix it for us. Leaving us reasurred that we could sleep safely. We will definitely be using Marks services again as & when we require so! Thanks again Mark, really appreciate it!
