Jim is very professional, knowledgeable and friendly. Gave us good advice about our replacement locks and talked through options we hadn’t thought of. Was honest about what we already had saying some locks were pretty good already, so no ‘upselling’. Fitted our new ‘3 star’ security rated locks to our external doors all with matching keys for added convenience. Provided extra keys as requested. Great service at a great price. Would 100% recommend.

I was very impressed that even though it was late, Jim said he would come straight away after his last job. The service was reliable, professional, friendly and a good price and the standard of work was great.
