Keiran is an absolute hero and if I could give 10 stars out of 5, I would! When my car key snapped in half, I could not find any locksmith, who would help me out, due to the age and make/model of my car, which is now becoming a rare vehicle to drive. Nobody had such a key profile in stock and I rely on my car daily being a busy mum with 2 kids. Kieran was the only person who agreed to help and he went above and beyond in trying to sort my key situation out. Not only he was working under the pouring rain, but also offered an unusual solution to my problem, after we realised that the ignition barrel is also broken and the snapped car key piece, which was stuck inside could not be extracted. But thanks to his efforts I now have not 1, but 2 working keys and I am back on the road driving. He is the most dedicated person, very passionate about his job and what he has done for me was a truly life saving effort! I can't thank him enough, exceptional customer service! Kieran was incredibly accommodating and very flexible in arranging to come and sort out the spare keys for the car. He was professional and efficient and I would recommend him to anyone who is looking for a locksmith. The prices were also very reasonable and I would use him again.

Very professional and knowledgeable. My car stopped working for over a month, not even starting, and it was seen by 3 mechanics they all said the ECU is gone and the car is for scrap. He figured out the problem was in the key, the car does not see the little chip that prevents theft. He sent me full illustration of how should pieces look, and told me how to fix it myself. Advised me to splice the pieces and it is back now! I lost hope to get my car back, but it is back!
