RPC Locksmiths are accredited by the Master Locksmith Association and we gave them a call to repair a couple of issues in relation to door and window locks. Thoroughly professional and knowledgeable throughout, Rob did an excellent job in quickly identifying the faults and then providing cost-effective solutions. Additionally, Rob also provided advice on maintenance and how to diagnose similar issues in the future. On the basis of this visit I would thoroughly recommend RPC Locksmiths and the very high-level of service they provide.

Rob was very professional and came out very quickly. We needed our locks changing as we moved house, the multi lock point system on our front door was jamming and we needed the lock on our rear door changing to make our house safe for insurance purposes. Rob needed to order us a new multi point lock. The supplier let him down for delivery, but despite that he kept me informed and after an extra day he cancelled the order and ordered the part from another supplier. Due to the fact he ordered it from another supplier he was very honest and said it came in cheaper and charged us the lower cost too. I was very impressed with not only his work, but his honesty with pricing. He was very reasonably priced too. I would recommend him to anyone needing a locksmith, door repairs or lock replacement.
