Jack was precisely on time, friendly and efficient. He was up front about costs and even adjusted the door frame hinges (as it was sticking) as a free bonus to the lock change. An excellent lock smith.

I cannot recommend Jack highly enough. He came late after another locksmith had left me with nothing but a large hole in my purse and door that would not lock. Jack came and made sure that by the time he left I had a fully functioning door. The job was a little more complicated than originally planned but he tackled it all with great patience and even came back a few days later to change the handles to ensure previous problems with pressure did not happen again in the future. Jack is very reliable, he explained everything as he did it, he made sure there was no mess left behind and is very affordable. Thank you Jack for everything.

Was recommended his services by a colleague. He was able to open two domestic safes within an hour. Upon opening each one, he announced he'd opened it and stepped back to allow us to retrieve the (slightly bewildering) contents before moving on to the next which will reassure people who worry about theft in these circumstances. He also offered to remove them as they were bolted to the floor, as we'd 'paid for the hour' but we said not to worry. All in all very professional, friendly chap and I'd be pleased to use his services again. Highly recommend.
