Yesterday our 91 year old aunt in Darlington couldn’t lock her UPVC front door due to a lock malfunction and her morning carers reported to us that the house had been left unlocked all night. We live a 90 minute drive away near York and had an unavoidable commitment to pick our young grandchildren up from school in Doncaster. We read the customer reviews about Lockforce and contacted Sean explaining the dilemma. He said he would go out immediately, which he did and he quickly resolved the lock problem, keeping us fully informed by phone and text messages. His charges were very reasonable too. Our aunt was very happy and we were very relieved that she was safe and secure. An absolutely first class service from Sean.

After calling around other companies to fix my lock and prices being through the roof I gave Sean a call - I can honestly highly recommend him! From phone call to job finish he was very professional, honest and reliable. He arrived on time and within an hour of me calling (even it being on a Sunday!), did the job very well and price was excellent for the service. Dont pay over the odds by going elsewhere, give Sean a call, really nice guy and great at what he does. Thanks again!!
