I recently moved from Yorkshire to Northampton and needed a locksmith to replace a lock and dodgy worn out handle on my bifold doors. The handle was non standard and difficult to source but the locksmith went out of his way to find a replacement and fix the problem. Outstanding customer service. I can highly recommend this helpful friendly guy to anyone who needs his services.

Great service. Contacted the company with a non urgent lock change, they assessed the problem remotely via pictures and video's and arranged to change it the following day. Arrived on time, polite and courteous of our home by wearing shoe covers without being asked. New lock with 3 keys supplied and fitted with 1 year warranty on the change from the company. Can't fault them
