After having a less than pleasant experience with a similar door issue in December, I was feeling more than a little nervous and apprehensive about calling in another locksmith; however, the second Tom walked in, assessed the situation and even reviewed/altered the door that received the expensive “cowboy” treatment, I couldn’t have been more relieved! Knowledgeable, compassionate and efficient, Tom went out of his way to explain and show me what needed fixing and carried out the work wonderfully. I can never thank him enough for the peace of mind he gave me; he was honest and upfront about his costings, used quality materials and was very considerate, especially when my mum (who has Alzheimer’s and dementia) was starting to sundown and became a little agitated. PLEASE don’t hesitate to hire him! You’ll not be disappointed! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Tom came out to us yesterday in a timely fashion, exactly as he said. We were locked out of our front door due to locking mechanism malfunctioning, his job was clean and professional and ultimately did not break anything. We'd already communicatd the potential costs to resolve rhe situation, so their were no suprises. It's hard to give 5 stars for service, but Tom's service was on point. Thank you for your help.
