Quick response, they came within 24 hours. Gave good notice of their arrival time and completed the task in about 20 minutes. A fully functional genuine Fiat key. Most of the transaction was completed via WhatsApp which is really handy and unobtrusive way of organising a job. At £250 I consider this a good price compared with other quotes I had much nearer £400. I’ve been using a standard key for a few months and it was driving me crazy. Remote locking is hardly new but it’s good to be back in the 21st century.

I cannot recommend Dimitri and his team enough. The RAC had misdiagnosed the issue with my car and Dimitri arrived within two hours, on a Saturday and diagnosed the issue correctly within 5 minutes. He then worked speedily to rectify the issue and at the most competitive price. I will only recommend Dimitri from now on.

Dimitri was friendly and professional. Good communication when he was on the way was very helpful so that I wasn’t left waiting around. Dimitri explained everything clearly, sorted a new car key for me and the process felt seamless. I am very grateful for this service as not being able to get into my car had disrupted my day but Dimitri arrived very quickly and all was sorted within about an hour from my first call.
