Very happy with the service provided by ARC Locksmiths Stevenage. Spoke with them over the phone, the recommended I pop round their unit, got the keys cut and they did a great job very quickly. Would recommend.

Absolutely amazing people. I called ARC this morning in a panic, explaining that my child had locked herself in the car. After a short conversation they sent someone out to me within 15 minutes. When the gentleman arrived he got to work straight away and had the car unlocked within 2 minutes. After him unlocking the car and me now having my keys and daughter out the car I asked the normal question,”how much do I owe you mate”. The gentleman then turned and said to me it’s completely free of charge. I couldn’t believe it. ARC as a company are amazing people and the best in the business. I will go as far as saying that they have restored my faith in humanity. I would put these guys up there with the fire service and nurses. Thank you thank you and thank you for today. This is the only company to use for any of the services they offer. Do not waste your time and go anywhere else. ARC are the best full stop.

5* service from the guys from Arc Locksmiths today. They come and fixed my car ignition within about 10mins, the guys were lovely and if I ever need a locksmith in the future I will 1000% be using Arc again. THANKYOU so much for today guys... you guys were the best!
