Further to my previous review. We recently had an issue with a lock, and contacted GPB to resolve it. The service and response was amazing. Gary was able to attend in a very short time span and quickly repaired the lock. Excellent service. We cannot thank you enough. Many thanks. I was referred to GPB. When I called I spoke to Gary, who explained what he would do after hearing what the problem was. He advised me he would be with me within the hour to see what could be done. True to his word, he arrived and promptly repaired my lock with ease and competence. He was courteous, professional and polite at all times and respectful to me and of my property. Gary has been a contractor for us for quite a few years now. He is very efficent and attends site really quickly to resolve the issues. Never had any complaints and is always a welcoming and friendly face to see in our office.

What a star Gary is. Identified the lock required & fixed it within an hour. Numerous other locksmiths hadn't a clue what I needed. Price very reasonable and he is a very personable bloke too.
