Kevin attended today to replace the front and back door locks on a property we just bought. Very quick, efficient friendly service. Arrived in the time slot agreed. He provides an excellent bit of aftercare in the form of providing a number of free keyrings with Laurel Bank Locksmiths number on. If your keys are lost and someone finds them, they call Kevin to hand them in. You then call Kevin in the first instance to ask if he's got your keys. The person who finds your keys has no direct contact with you or your address. Excellent idea and good for security. Although Kevin didn't stock the parts to attend to the locks on our garage shutter and door; he did offer us plenty of good advice on shutter adjustment and where we could go to get these locks changed. He also checked all the house door mechanisms, offered advice on wear levels and oiled in addition at no extra charge! Superb service. Would recommend any day of the week!

Excellent service from Kevin who is a professional locksmith. I had a broken front door lock so couldn't leave the property unattended - Kevin came straight after finishing another job. He replaced the lock with a better one, explaining the differences between locks and provided relevant advice. It's great to have a job done by a professional who is also very friendly, informative and polite. I couldn't recommend him more highly.
