I had a broken front door stuck in locked position. After a quick search I found Acorn and called Ashley who returned my message within half an hour. After talking through the problem and Ashley assuring me the property was secure due to the lock failing, he described next steps arriving first thing Monday morning. After gaining access he then managed to obtain the required parts, replace them and leave me with a fully working, upgraded lock by lunchtime. Ashley was great to deal with, explained everything and costs very clearly. I was due to go away for a couple of days and managed to rearrange his day to ensure I got sorted. 10/10 great guy, quality work, very reasonably priced, would highly recommend to anyone needing locksmith services, whether an emergency or routine work. Ash turned up exactly when he said and replaced my door lock with a much better model with three keys at a really good price. He was miles cheaper than the other quote I'd had and is happy to come out to give a no obligation fixed price quote. Very nice man. Highly recommended.
