Craig was excellent at fixing our front door when the lock broke over the Christmas period. He was away visiting family when I called but despite this he managed to diagnose the problem and get the parts ordered straight away and came round and fixed it for us within minutes of the parts arriving, what a gent. I would definitely recommend Craig to anybody, such a nice guy with excellent knowledge and customer service.
