If I could I would give 10 stars. Me and my partner have just moved out into our first home together and after a short period of time we ended up forgetting the keys in our house with a door that automatically locks when closed. I started calling googling places and Nigel was the first, he told us the price straight away and said he would be done at his current job in an hour then itd be a half hour drive, it turned out he got to us within 40 minute, he got straight to work and explained everything to us, he was quick and we ended up getting in with no troubles at all. Unfortunately we needed a new lock but there was no extra charge from what he told us on the phone and we even got a few sets of keys so we were able to give one to a family member to ensure it doesn't happen again! Although, if it does happen again you can bet Nigel will be the first person we call!

Nigel was friendly, reliable and a great price. I had been calling around numerous people to fit 2 different locks in my house and was given long waiting times and high prices. I then came across Nigel and he was available the same week and had a cheaper price. He did a great job and the locks don't just work but suit the door. Thanks for your work Nigel, I would highly recommend and use for future work.
