After finding ourselves locked inside our flat this time, by a repeatedly faulty mechanism in our uPVC front door, Nick, at City Locksmiths in Bristol, was very quick to respond and very quickly sorted the problem for us! He had the part available on his van and was able to change the entire locking mechanism there and then and, along with this, provided us with a guarantee for the next 12 months should it need fixing again, although he was pretty confident that it shouldn't! He was both friendly and professional, and really helped to put our minds at ease about a door that we were more than ready to get rid of before he arrived! I heartily recommend Nick and this company to anyone who finds themselves in a difficult and stressful situation caused by a broken lock! Many thanks again and 'Merry Christmas' to you:-)
