We are in Sheffield but have a relative in Stoke who we look after and who was in hospital. We needed a lock replacing and a key safe number changing and Tom was happy to do this for us and then send an invoice to us via email. We arranged for a neighbour to meet Tom who said that he was a lovely person, very kind and efficiently carried out the work. We were very impressed by his service and would highly recommend him. He's a local business, not an agent for a "countrywide" group and his charges are very fair. We were very pleased with Tom and will be happy to use his services again if we ever need them again.
