I found Malcom’ locksmith company by reading his Google feedback and am so glad I did. Having been advised to go local rather than the big companies who advertise prices under £40 as a friend of mine was charged £39 call out and then £300 to change the lock. Malcolm quoted £79.00 to remove the broken piece of key or £110.00 to change the lock. I thought that was very reasonable and he was a lovely local man with over 20 years experience. He did manage to remove the broken fragment which saved me a fortune as I had just bought new spare keys for my family and would have needed to replace those too. I live in a building of apartments and have placed his card on our notice board. Lovely guy, prompt professional service, would recommend to anyone ✅

Can’t recommend Malcolm enough. Came within 20 minutes of calling, got me in the house in no time, and replaced the lock with no fuss. Brilliant service for a fair and affordable price. Thank you!

Malcolm arrived within an hour of calling him to fix my faulty UPVC door lock. I also asked him to quote to change a couple of old locks on our front door which he came back to do a few days later. Great friendly service and a fair price. Highly recommend.
