We wanted to have a like for like replacement of an existing ERA British Standard Night latch front door lock with the same in black. From the initial call, communications were great, Andy handled ordering the replacement and the job was complete within a matter of days from first contact. Would definitely recommend!

Andy is fantastic. This is a real specialist who absolutely knows his stuff. He was incredibly helpful, prompt and gave excellent advice. Andy got the job done in a really friendly, professional manner and recommended a high quality place to have new keys cut (which was much better than the high street chains). Andy is now my go to guy. Highly recommended.

Called Andy Thursday evening and he was very helpful and came Friday morning (it wasn't even urgent). Fixed the existing handle on a door and also made adjustments so it would close more easily and not get stuck. Would recommend to anyone
