I recently found myself in a nightmare situation - traveled all the way to Brighton for my practical driving test only to lock my keys in my car just as I was about to leave! Complete disaster for a girl already nervous about her test! After calling the RAC who warned of a long wait time, I found Grant online and contacted him directly. Turns out he was also the locksmith the RAC would have recommended! Grant was excellent on the phone - professional and reassuring when I was clearly distressed. He promised to leave within 15 minutes and come straight to me at Brighton seafront. True to his word, he arrived exactly when promised to rescue me, and got to work immediately. The speed and skill with which he unlocked my car was absolutely amazing. What impressed me most was how promptly and professionally he handled everything, while being so kind and understanding of my situation. He got me out of a really tight spot! Grant was reassuring throughout, despite my panic. I couldn't recommend him highly enough. I want to personally thank him because I thought I was asking for the impossible - someone to come so quickly and solve my problem. However, he delivered on every front. If you ever find yourself locked out of your vehicle, Grant is definitely the person to call!​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​​

Have used Grant for many years now, really helpful guy. Always does a good job and reasonable price. Dropped my son's car off this morning for MOT and BCM replacement picked it up lunch time, all faults repaired and MOT passed. Highly recommend!!
