James was a legend to deal with… I am a fussy customer who wanted to fit a Schalge lock (after extensive googling ‘best lock’ which James had never fitted before as it’s primarily USA based!) but his skills and know how managed to fit the new lock perfectly and even fix an uneven hanging so the door operated far more smoothly before without having to give it a kick every time you needed to get in! NICE ONE JAMES 5 STARS

What an absolute legend. Came to my rescue on a late Friday when my key snapped in the lock. Wonderfully efficient, professional and clearly highly knowledgeable, sorted the problem within minutes. Wouldn’t hesitate to recommend and I will be saving James’ number for the future.

I am truly grateful for James and Jane who both came to the rescue in the middle of the night as my key has snapped off the door lock. Nightmare after a long tiring day! And they came quickly to sort out the door lock. It was not an easy one as the key has bent but they were very patient and professional so that I don’t have to get the lock change. All sorted. True legends. Thank you thank you thank you.
