Great service Kain sorted our patio doors as they weren’t locking. He arrived exactly at the time he said he would, told us the cost before starting the work and fixed so working like new now. Definitely recommend

Professional, courteous, trustworthy and reassuring. We were broken into a few weeks back. Nothing was stolen and there was limited damage but it was nonetheless deeply unsettling. The priority was to make our home secure and Kain was with us within the hour, despite me calling first thing on a Saturday morning. Kain quickly installed new locks and handles on our downstairs doors as well as identifying and resolving an issue with a previous lock fitting. Kain made some further suggestions for improving security but did not seek to upsell, even when I suggested we may wish to fit additional items. He gave us options but noted the benefit was limited and I really appreciated his guidance. Being able to go to bed that night with a suite of new locks and handles installed was very reassuring and assuaged the feeling of vulnerability. Finally, in addition to his professionalism, Kain is a very friendly and trustworthy guy. Given the circumstances, these attributes are invaluable in coming to terms with a break in.

My car locked itself with the keys inside. After the phone call, Kain arrived in 30 min. He opened it quickly without any damage to the door or the key hole. Great service with a fair price.
