10/10! I would wholeheartedly recommend Gary and Access Assured for any job requiring the skills of a professional locksmith. When my front door lock failed this week leaving me unable to secure my house, I first contacted a larger company given it was out of hours, but despite offering a 24 hour service they were unable to find anyone available to help. My next call was to Access Assured and Gary arrived to assist within 30 minutes. He identified the issue quickly, and after taking the time to ensure the original part could not be repaired he set about replacing it with a suitable alternative. He also went out of his way to correct some additional minor issues with the door and frame to ensure the new mechanism operated as smoothly as possible. The door is now working far better than it ever did previously. A lovely bloke and true professional, and very reasonably priced too!

After being out for the day, our hearts sank not being able to get in our front door. Quick Google and found Gary, was with us quickly and managed to get us in quickly and then fixed our broken lock. Very nice guy, took time to explain what the problem was, what the solution was and afterwards made sure we were happy. And best of all, was reasonably cost. Hopefully we won't need his services again, but if we ever did, would definitely call again.

Gary did an exceptional job fixing our front door lock and the locking mechanism on our windows. He was prompt, professional, and extremely knowledgeable. He quickly diagnosed the issues and provided effective solutions. His attention to detail and commitment to quality were evident throughout the service.
